we explain an equivalence of the twisted super yangian $/mathrm{y}^{tw}/big(/mathfrak{osp}{m|n}/big)$ in different presentations, which is a coideal sub-superalgebra of the super yangian of the general linear lie superalgebra $gl{m|n}$. we introduce the quantum berezinian $/mathfrak{b}^{tw}(u)$ for $/mathrm{y}^{tw}/big(/mathfrak{osp}_{m|n}/big)$ and prove that the coefficients of $/mathfrak{b}^{tw}(u)$ generate its center. an explicit formulation of $/mathfrak{b}^{tw}(u)$ will be presented in terms of rtt generators. moreover, we prove analogues of the liouville theorem and quantum sylvester theorem for the quantum berezinian $/mathfrak{b}^{tw}(u)$. this talk is based on joint work with y. wang and h. zhang.
